My love affair with photography began when I was a young girl, unwrapping a new digital camera every single birthday. I quickly learned to see the world through patterns and framed scenery, falling in love with the joy my photos brought to others.

When I was 17, my life changed dramatically. Though I had been adopted at three years old, I found myself placed in a girls’ home and then in foster care until I aged out at 18. A period of homelessness followed, and I couch-surfed until I met the boy who would change my life. We fell in love, welcomed our son, and fought hard to heal together from the hardships we carried.

For years, I didn’t touch a real camera. But in 2025, my now-husband bought me the most amazing camera I had ever operated and told me to stop waiting and start chasing my dreams. That was the moment I chose to put my faith in God’s power over my life and conquer my fear of failure. Today, this business is rooted in purpose, not profit. Before every single session, I pray. I ask God to help me see the beauty in His world, to help me make my clients feel entirely safe and joyful, and to guide my hands in telling a story that will last for generations in a single frame.
